• you can take line A to station "Dejvická", then take bus 119 to station "Terminál 1" or take metro line B to station "Zličín" and then go by bus 100 to station "Terminal 1", the congress hall is within 5-minute walking distance from the station, it is situated between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
• you can go by car and use parking at the airport - parking is paid (20 EUR or 500 CZK/ day) or you can use Go parking which is about 5 minutes from the airport (8 EUR or 200 CZK/ day). Transfer to the airport is included.

• organiser does not pay for accommodations but we will help you with arrangements
• please register as soon as possible so that we can fulfil all your requirements
• organiser can change the hotel offered in case of full capacity
• accommodations have to be paid till 10th May directly to the hotel, information needed for payment of accommodation will be included in the e-mail that you will receive after registration
